Name each one whatever makes sense to you (e.g. "Nodus", "Connexus"). Paste in the Sheet ID from its URL — the long string between /d/ and /edit. Leave a row blank if you don't need it.
📋 Before adding a sheet here: open it in Google Sheets, click Share, and add the Google account of every person who will use Pivot (Editor access). Each person signs into Pivot with their own Google account, so everyone needs their own access on the sheet — not just one shared login.
Click anytime to check every monthly tab from this year against Pivot, for whichever company is currently selected. Brings in new open cases, closes any ticket the sheet says is shipped, and updates payment status and notes to match the sheet.
